Aureus Ox: An Update

Over the past few months, Aureus Ox has been undergoing multiple developments in preparation for the launch of the Flare Network. We would like to take the time to briefly detail some of these preparations.
 
 
First and foremost, Aureus Ox is working to refine our signal provider algorithm with efficiencies, fallbacks and resiliency. Built-in failover checks omit stale data and our internal logging and alert system has been improved. If one of our data sources becomes out of sync an administrator is sent an email and can diagnose the problem if it persists. That being said, we are not reliant on a single data source for price calculations. A single out of sync data stream does not affect our ability to submit accurate price calculations to the FTSO.
 
 
We have been staying active in the community and we were recently listed on The Defi Standard and verified on Av.ax as of July 8th. These are two integral entities who continue to prove their commitment to the Flare community. Several wallet providers have been contacted in order to create open lines of communication for collaboration and to pursue future integrations.
 
 
Along with refinements to our signal provider algorithm we were very excited to launch our public facing web page. Here, we serve up data directly from our signal provider algorithm. These developments hope to increase transparency for those who wish to delegate their WFLR through Aureus Ox. We hope that this web page continues to grow and provide functionality to our users aside from vote delegation.
 
 
Building decentralized applications on top of the Flare Network will be our focus after solidifying our reputation as an honest signal provider. We feel that pursuing smart contract development and subsequent integrations will be the optimal way to foster support in a growing ecosystem.
